Engagement Model · Independent Engineer · Türkiye
Senior engineering, without the cost of a full-time hire.
I work as a registered independent engineering business in Türkiye. You bring on senior capability through a clean B2B engagement — no payroll, no employer contributions, no permanent fixed cost — on a structure that Turkish law explicitly recognizes and supports.
The same capability, without the overhead that rides on a resident salary.
No employer contributions
You pay for the work — not the social charges, pension, and insurance layered on top of a local salary.
No fixed overhead
No recruitment, onboarding, office space, paid leave, or severance. The engagement scales to the work.
Senior level, competitive rate
Türkiye's cost base and tax framework let me deliver senior-grade engineering well below a comparable local hire's total cost.
You pay for output
Scoped, deliverable-based billing. You commit to a project, not a permanent headcount.
How this is set up
A registered business
I operate as a registered sole proprietorship in Türkiye and invoice as an independent supplier — a recognized entity with its own tax identity, not an informal freelance arrangement.
A recognized service-export framework
Turkish law explicitly names engineering among the services whose export it incentivizes: from the 2026 tax period, 100% of this income is deductible from my income-tax base. That favorable treatment on my side is precisely what lets me offer a competitive rate on a structure the state actively supports.

A genuine independent engagement
I carry all of my own tax and social-security obligations in Türkiye. You engage a supplier, not an employee — no employment relationship and no employer duties on your side.
Contract, confidentiality, IP
Scope, deliverables, confidentiality (NDA), and intellectual-property transfer are set out in a written services agreement. Rights to the delivered work pass to you by contract.

Common questions
How is this cheaper than hiring locally?
You pay only for delivered work — no employer contributions, benefits, leave, or severance, and no recruitment or fixed overhead. The rate reflects the work, not the full cost of employment.
Is this a stable, legitimate arrangement?
Yes. I operate as a registered business in Türkiye under a service-export framework that Turkish law explicitly supports, with all of my tax obligations handled on my side.
Are we taking on an employee?
No. You engage an independent supplier under a written services contract — no employment relationship and no employer obligations.
Who owns the work?
You do. Intellectual-property transfer is defined in the contract, and rights to all deliverables pass to you.
Let's scope an engagement.
Tell me about the project and I'll come back with a clear scope, deliverables, and a rate. The fastest way to reach me is email.
Note. All tax and regulatory obligations on the Turkish side are handled by me.
